The Peinemann Self-Propelled Bundle Extractor (SPBE) is a highly efficient, powerful and safe piece of equipment that is designed to increase operation efficiency during busy turnarounds. Its agile design includes two heavy-duty steering axles that enable the extractor to have a tight turning radius and to drive diagonally, making it ideal for navigating in tight spaces. With a low mast height of only 3.4 meters (133.8 in), the extractor can easily navigate beneath pipe racks and other low structures within the plant.

The Self-Propelled Bundle Extractor is capable of handling bundles of up to 25 tons (55,115 lb) and can extract even the most challenging bundles with its 50,000 kg (110,231 lb) tensile force. The extractor is controlled via remote control (wireless optional) and comes with several safety features such as emergency power-off switches and a line break safety mechanism on load-bearing hydraulic cylinders. Due to its agile design, short turning radius, and powerful tensile force, the Self-Propelled Bundle Extractor is considered one of the fastest and most versatile in the industry, making it the perfect tool for large shutdowns.
