The Peinemann Furnace Tube Extractor is a highly adaptable, efficient and safe piece of equipment that provides maximum flexibility for tube extracting and inserting operations. Thanks to its efficient design, the Furnace Tube Extractor minimizes the need for scaffolding, saving operators time and effort. Operators only need a small platform to work, further increasing operational efficiency. Additionally, operators can safely operate the extractor using the remote control, with the optional wireless feature available for even greater flexibility. Multiple built-in safety features provide added protection for operators.

The Furnace Tube Extractor is offered as a 12M and 21M model. Both models can be supplied with an optional 3.0 meters (118.1 in) extension piece. The 12M model comes with one lifting frame and the 21M model comes with two lifting frames.

The standard Furnace Tube Extractor 12M can extract and insert tubes up to 12.0 meters (472.4 in) in length. When adding the optional 3.0 meters (118.1 in) extension piece, the Furnace Tube Extractor 12M becomes suitable for tubes up to 14.9 meters (586.6 in) in length. In both configurations, the extractor can handle tubes of up to 2.5 tons (5,511 lb) in weight.

The standard Furnace Tube Extractor 21M can handle furnace tubes up to 21.5 meters (846.5 in) in length. With the optional 3.0 meters (118.1 in) extension piece, the Furnace Tube Extractor 21M can handle bundles up to 24.5 meters (964.6 in) in length. Additionally, the Furnace Tube Extractor 21M with the optional 3.0 meters extension piece can also be configured to handle tubes up to 12.0 meters (472.4 in) and 14.9 meters (586. in) in length. The Furnace Tube Extractor 21M comes standard with two lifting frames. The two-point lifting frame is used for the 12.0 meters (472.4 in) and optional 14.5 meters (570.9 in) configuration, while the three-point lifting frame is used for the 21.5 meters (846.5 in) and optional 24.5 meters (964.6 in) configuration.
